Results from CLARUS project

Home / Results from CLARUS Project

After years of research, development and collaboration between European partners, the CLARUS project has generated tangible results that are driving the transition towards a more sustainable, efficient food industry aligned with the European Green Deal.

In this section, you will find the main outcomes of the project: solutions, tools, and resources designed to optimise the use of resources (energy, water, and materials), improve traceability, and facilitate the digitisation of processes in bio-industrial production sectors where time is critical.

CLARUS has worked to build tools based on artificial intelligence, standardised data and advanced communications, with the aim of offering practical capabilities to assess and optimise consumption, reduce waste and support a more sustainable and resilient food industry.

What do we invite you to explore here?

  • Discover the tools and methodologies developed by the consortium
  • Access resources designed to facilitate sustainable decision-making in the bio-productive industry.
  • Learn how CLARUS results can be applied beyond the project and continue to generate impact after its completion.
